we got this steamer a while back.  We finally decided to take it out of the box.  It works very well.  I can steam two dishes at once, it has a water level indicator so I know when to add more water to keep the steamer going.  Timer feature is also very nice.  The only thing I don't like is the amount of condensation that drips back to the food.  I've more control on how the condensation drips with my old set up (12" frying pan with a small steamer tripod).  The convenience definitely outweighs the condensation.  overall a very good kitchen gadget.  I see more steaming on the way.
