On December 31st, 2009, my sister Karen suggested us to begin blogging about food. I thought it was a great idea, since all three of us (Karen, my boyfriend Cameron, and I) love to cook. So after our new year's eve dinner, we sat around and brainstormed names for our new blog, and we finally decided on Cooking Possibilities.
Most of my cooking are inspired by my chinese background. But that's until I discover the oven! Houses in the United States are equipped with at least one oven. In my home town Hong Kong, every square inch of spaces is money, kitchens are so small that you could barely fit 2 people in it, not to mention an oven. I have been baking a lot in the past few months.
Through this blog, I am hoping to inspire all of you to start cooking more.
