So we bought too many bananas the week before and they become mushy in just a couple days. Therefore, I found a recipe online to turn these mushy bananas into goodness.
Banana Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-raising powder
- 1/4 teaspoons soda powder
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 5 oz. butter
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
Directions:
- Beat sugar and butter.
- Add in self-raising powder, soda powder, and salt and beat more.
- Add in beaten eggs and mashed bananas and mix well.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Bake at 340°F for 1 hour.
